A flat rate of R99 is charged per order for all courier orders Nationwide.
Once ordered, please allow 3-5 working days for delivery in major cities. For outlying areas, farms and locations, allow 7- 10 working days for delivery.
Please take note of items on order or customized items (eg 7 days – 4 weeks etc) and include this in the time frame of receiving your order.
We use only one courier service, The Courier Guy. Unfortunately, own courier pick ups are not allowed, nor do we use any alternative courier companies to deliver your order.
Haalah Boutique cannot be held responsible for any delays experienced in the delivery of your order after it has been dispatched.
Once your order is dispatched, you will be notified with a tracking number. Kindly liase with the Courier directly for any shipment status enquiries.
We will further not be held responsible for delivery to any incorrect addresses, or for late follow ups due to non delivery.
If for some reason the courier is unable to deliver your order to you and has attempted to contact you without any response, your order will be returned to Haalah Boutique. We will then charge you a new dispatch fee.
